We stayed in the economy room which was plenty big for the 2 of us. The hospitality of the resort was incredible. We originally booked for 3 nights and ended up staying 5. No complaints at all. The only thing that we didn't absolutely love is that the shuttle service to town runs on a very limited schedule. Not a big deal at all. A taxi from the resort costs about about 100.000 dong and takes about 10 minutes.

Thank you Pandanus for a great holiday.
Can't mention all staff by name (even if I could remember the spelling!!) that were so good to us as there are too many names to mention. From the Blue Lagoon restaurant, The Terrace, Spa and Waterfall, all were brilliant and shared our fun and humour. High 5's all round.
Sometimes, the staff that don't get any mention are Housekeepers, Ground staff, Beach staff and Security -- all brilliant and worthy of praise.
Food very good at all places in the hotel and very varied to suit all tastes -- good and extensive menus.
Chips with Cobia, a beer or 2 at the terrace Hoa and Hiep?? Thanks. xxxx
To round off the evening, listening to the excellent Stardust band was memorable and we enjoyed their music. New list on the way!!!!!!
Thanks to Nurse Dung for being supportive to my Wife.
Hopefully, we can enjoy another holiday with you all soon.
Memorable.

If you are ending your trip to Vietnam here on the beach at this resort and you have little or no desire to walk around then you found a great spot. All amenities are great, rooms are spacious, wifi is quick and the breakfast is amazing looking at the choices offered. The pool is just renovated and fantastic but the beach is so so....If you want to be able to go around town then do not choose this property as it is quite a way out of town and although you can always take a taxi of the shuttle offered it is still out of the way and there are much better choices to choose from......

Thank you for staying at the Pandanus Resort and for your complimentary comments about our property.

However, I would like to respond to your misleading remark that the Pandanus is "quite a way out of town". It is misleading unless you are referring to the city center of Phan Thiet. The Pandanus is actually one of the closest resorts to the town of Mui Ne and there are very few resorts in the Phan Thiet city center. The majority of the more than 300 resorts and guest houses within the city of Phan Thiet are either in Ham Tien ward or in Mui Ne ward, all between 15 and 25 kilometers from the city center.

Your comment that "if you want to go around town, do not choose this property" intimates that the Pandanus Resort is a long way from a population center and in a bad location. Yet, the hotel is within easy walking distance of the red sand dunes on one side of the resort and the town of Mui Ne on the other side. Mui Ne is a community of about 25,000 people and the Pandanus Resort is one of the closest resorts to the center of town, which is just over a kilometer away.

In addition to that, there are more than a dozen restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, both across the street from the Pandanus and between the resort and the center of town. Many guests enjoy going out of the resort to these restaurants and walking into town, going to the market, watching the fishing boats come in, or going to the seafood restaurants along the sea wall (Bo Ke area). For those guests who do not wish to take the short walk into town, we offer free bicycles and a free tour of Mui Ne every morning so that our guests can see what a local Vietnamese fishing community looks like. Evidently you were not able to participate in our free daily tour. Had you done so, your perception of our location would have been entirely different.

Came down from Saigon by bus for a couple of days R&R in Mui Ne at the Pandanus Resort and I ha e not been disappointed. Welcome was polite and friendly and, because I had made a reservation, I was welcomed by name by the Bellboy as I arrived at the steps to the hotel. From check in to check out all the staff are friendly, polite and all with smiles and happy faces. Nice to see in this modern day and age!
Breakfast buffet is very extensive offering something for everybody (health conscious to the big fry up type of persons) lunch by the sea (or the pool) at the Sun Terrace is really very nice and dinner in the Blue Lagoon Restaurant with fresh seafood, a la carte menu and daily specials options is just great.
Very comfortable room was also very cool with it's own little balcony to relax al fresco is a nice way to pass the time or just for a meditation

Its directly located to the beach and had a very nice pool. Great for surfer as the waved were high. good located 10 minutes to the City, 20 minutes to the desert which was beautiful. There is also a different desert part directly across the street of the Hotel that can be visited as well. Great breakfast and also the buffet at evening for 12 Dollars was great. Great Hotelresort, I would recommend the Hotel
