We stayed for a night to do a whale watching except weird check-in/check-out hours I don't have any complaints. Very friendly welcome as we checked-in close to midnight and at this time it is hard to find even opened gas station around.

Overpriced for the quality. No hair dryer, no clock or phone in room, no ice, terrible wi-fi. It was clean, newly renovated but the beds were hard. The higher the room number, the longer the walk from the parking lot. The reception is a distance from the motel rooms and communication was somewhat problematic. We didn't understand the the rudimentary breakfast was available only until 9AM and since we had no clock in the room, we missed even that. Look for another option.
We stayed for 2 nights with friends and family. The rooms were very clean, comfy and quiet location; the owners are very nice people that gave us recommendations for our stay.

There was a grassy area in front of the rooms where kids could play in. Of course the comforts found in a big hotel was lacking-but if you are looking for a clean room to stay in, can eat out/bring in food this is the place to be. The lady who checked us in, spoke no English, but was very friendly.
Amazed by the place and the personnal service of owners. Rooms extremely clean and comfortable. We stayed there with family and booked 4rooms all excellent ! Thank you. Pizzza was amazigly good as well ;)
We stayed at this hotel for one night.When you drive in and see the hotel from the outside it looks old, however the room we had had been remodeled the bathroom was new the matress was new the floors are laminate not rugs wich I prefer and very clean.
They do not offer breakfast but they have a fridge in the room and also a common room with a coffee machine (Kuerig) and microwave so you can make do.(in Baie St-Catherine very limitted grocerie store think ahead)
The pizza restaurant had a limitted menu but good pizza .
This is not a 5 star, but the warmth of the owners and the quiet location makes it a good stay,
For kids there is a mini farm with a horse and little goats, and we also saw wild rabbits.
The hotel can also make arrangement for whale tours a must in this region.
I would go back to this hotel.
