Stayed here this past weekend while working at Rally of the Tall Pines. The location was one of the places the event paid for if you worked.
It was a nice little place! Beautiful scenery. Dated, but comfortable. My only complaints were the bed in room one seemed a little slanty, and the women's shower head was pretty bad! Other than that, I cannot complain. :)

Thanks for the feedback on the bed and the shower. To be honest, the entire 130 year old building slants in various directions, but we do our best to keep it safe and comfortable. These 2 issues will be addressed promptly. Tall Pines guests are among our favorites each year and we do our best to meet your needs.

We stayed in the lodge this past weekend and I have nothing but praise for both the owner and facility. George was a most gracious host and has a wealth of information about the area, which he shared gladly. We opted to have our breakfasts provided. I'm sure the host of the food show You Gotta Eat Here would agree with my assessment. The food was most enjoyable, nutritious and the quantity held us until lunch, and we weren't sitting about! We were there on a rock hounding field trip with other club members. As a group, we opted to have a dinner and I believe it equalled our breakfast experience. There is plenty of room to sit about and chat after a shared meal and no pressure to move on. The lodge is located on a beautiful lake and wildlife was plentiful. We saw turkeys several times during our stay. The 17 poults ( baby turkeys) were entertaining and visited, while under adult turkey supervision, each morning and evening while we were there. We also had a Mama deer and her fawn appear on the front lawn for a visit one morning. The lodge itself was comfortable and we had a room overlooking the lake. The sunrise was beautiful to see at first waking. There are also numerous opportunities for activity, such as pool and ping pong and fishing from the dock, as well as a TV and computer. It was a wonderful time away and we will definitely return.

I usually stay at the lodge several times throughout the season ..... right up into the fall.
I enjoy the cabins and sitting under the stars buy the campfire.....
Fishing is good all over the lake, and the rental boats at the lodge is perfect for touring around the lake..... if a place looks good, kill the motor and cast your line..

Looking forward to do some turkey hunting this spring, and will be planning my trip shortly...
much nicer than staying at hotel or motel..... this place has a nice view... you'll enjoy your stay here..
At the main lodge there is a pool table, table tennis, internet, video games, (and wifi in the cottages too) your kids will never be bored...

The Fall colors are awesome too..... another good time to plan a stay ...

Our first trip to Canada and I couldn't have asked for a more authentic experience. The lake was gorgeous and there was plenty to do for everyone in the entire family. We enjoyed canoeing in the early morning and playing ping pong late into the night with lots of stuff to do in between. The Marina & Lodge staff were personable and helped with all aspects of our stay. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Limerick Lake Lodge to our friends and family as we hope to make it back as soon as possible.

We were in the area for a family reunion with plans to camp but the weather and later arrival, it did not work out. We were able to get rooms at the Lodge and the hospitality was excellent with it being like a home away from home. We would like to thank George and the rest of his wonderful staff for making a potentially negative weekend into a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend this Lodge.
