We stayed at Brit Hotel Les Alizes for one night whilst travelling Brittany. It was ideally located near the main town area at Pornic, where there was an excellent choice of restaurants. The hotel room was well equipped, having recently undergone a refurbishment. An excellent en-suite with walk in power shower. Staff at reception were welcoming and very helpful.

Room tip: Rooms at the front have juliet type balconies overlooking the main road, rear of the hotel have standard type walk out balconies.

The stop over in Pornic was a the end of a long drive up from the Dordogne.
The hotel is well located just up the hill from the railstation and Tourist Office.
The rooms which we had were at the back of the hotel, and both clean and comfortable.
The check in was efficient and the breakfast was buffet, but good quality.

Room tip: Rooms over the carpark are quieter

This hotel is really well situated, about five minutes walk from the centre from Pornic. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms itself were clean and pleasant. It was also really useful to have a private car park. Strongly recommended and good value.

Room tip: Rooms overlooking the car park may be quieter

Spotlessly clean hotel, the staff were very pleasant, our room was on the 3rd floor at the back of the hotel and had a great view of the town centre. Because we had requested a quiet room we did overlook the car park below but had no sound problems at all. We had a small balcony and patio door which was lovely. Breakfast was served between 06.00 and 10.00 there was plenty to choose from different cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts, and teas I chose hot coffee and croissants plus my favourite yogurt. Although it was serve yourself there was someone clearing and cleaning the tables all the time. A very well thought out and workable system and once again everything was spotlessly clean.

Room tip: 3rd floor at the rear of the hotel is nice and quiet but there is no air conditioning

This hotel is basic but clean with nice comfy beds and bathrooms, close to town with good parking.
The staff are very helpful and breakfast was good.
There is no air con so French summer nights are a bit hot. But that's normal for France.
We would stay again for sure.
