The hotel room and service are excellent. Room is big and the design is modern because it a newly renovated room. Looking forward to other new room type in the future. The price is reasonable. All the staff are friendly and helpful

The hotel located near to AEON Bandar Baru Klang. The check in and check out is fast. The room is cleaned, the Aircond is cold, the bed and pillow are comfortable. But the hotel only provide 1 piece of Shower Gel, 1 piece iof Hair Shampoo and 1 piece of Lotion for two persons stay. It is not enough to share by two persons. The hotel provide the room slippers is so thin like a piece of paper, this has drop the hotel image for 5 Stars Standard.
The buffet breakfast in the hotel have many various choice but the taste of the food need to improve. I will recommend this hotel to my friend and relative to stay if the price is affordable.
Large and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast spread. The WIFI is very fast and stable. Located near a mall with many fast food joints and a huge supermarket.
However if driving to the hotel, it does get a little confusing as you need to go around the neighbourhood. The same goes when you driving out from the hotel. As the area is new, thw GPS also does not indicate well.
I had an enjoyable experience staying at this hotel. The staffs are so friendly and they treated us great. I still remember the staff members which are Ammar and Faiz who assisted my family and I during our two nights stay. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and the facilities provided are in a great condition. Worth every penny that I spent.
The overall service from Check In, room service & food were excellent. The staff was also helpful in accommodating our request. The Lounge service was excellent & the F&B pricing was reasonable for a 5 star hotel.
