I want to start by saying the Staff is very good.
I blame my rating 100% on management & ownership.
We picked this hotel based on the 4 point rating, it's location and they are pet friendly, not many other hotels in the area were.
So this limited us
The red flags were there for me to see, the last review is over a year old.
We walked into our room and the first thing we saw were DEAD TERMITES covering the window sill.
The 2nd thing we was was DEAD & ALIVE BUGS in the window itself (see pictures).
The 3rd thing we was was a LIVE BUG crawling the bed.
This is a nightmare and because of traveling with a dog , limiting our other hotel options, we raced back down to the front desk to complain.
Short version of the rest of this story, we were given another room, which I went over with a fine tooth comb.
We stayed the right and left.
I will NEVER recommend this hotel, even to my worst enemy.

Everything in this hotel is great, from its facilities, services and the way of treatment given to its guests.
The attention given to your clients is so much that makes you feel like at home.
In addition to a very well trained staff, the dedication of Hotel Manager Mr. Paulo and his Assistant Mari surpasses the levels of professionalism that I have already seen in hotels located in several countries.
This hotel should be featured on the Accor Network.

Very good value for money. Clean comfortable rooms , small but ok for a short visit. Situated on the main road into town. Opposite a shopping centre with food ball supermarket etc. 5 min walk to very nice park with running track. Excellent breakfast.
Like all the ibis, you can have a good stay for annoy much expensive price, it's nos cheap, but affordable price, for good accommodations.
Good for families and handicap.
The breakfast worth the 20 reais.

Standard hotel, it's in front of a shopping center, not others opinions in a walking distance. It feels like it's very new facilities, or very good maintenance are made. Friendly staffs member, free parking.
