Stayed in December 2016, with my wife and two of our friends.
We were greeted like family. I didn't expect any English-speaking staff at the hotel but we were greeted by Miki-san who spoke great English and made us feel very welcome indeed.
Onsen were very nice, even months later we talk about them! Kaiseki dinner was one of the best meals we had in Japan, loved the Tendo beef and local wine!
We stayed here as part of a longer trip to Japan, and it was the most relaxing experience we could have hoped for. Can't wait to return!
