Very happy with the standard garden view room, right at the top of the hill but no ocean views. The South facing room remained cool during the searing heat in April. A golf buggy takes you part way up the hill but there are still several stairs and a walk. They do have rooms on the flat but they are more expensive. Our checkin was delayed by approximately two hours because Booking.com had not paid the property despite us having a receipt evidencing the fact we had paid in full. After a few phone calls and emails we had to cancel our booking and then pay the hotel directly. We received a full refund from Booking.com and an email confirming the hotel would not charge us a cancellation fee even though the cancellation period had expired. No idea why we would be exposed to a cancellation fee given that we had paid in full and arrived for our scheduled checkin. While we were trying to sort it out another couple arrived and they got the same spiel about the hotel not receiving payment from booking.com. We all sat in the restaurant trying to communicate with booking.com. We actively avoid using booking.com after this debacle.

Really liked this place. You can walk into town which isn't too far, or grab a cheap taxi which are set price and easy to get. The main pool was getting fixed, but there was another pool that was good to use as well. Right in front of a gorgeous beach, absolutely stunning. Staff were fantastic, very attenntative and friends and willing to assist. The resort is really nice, nice big rooms with a balcony. Nothing to fault here and will be back. Good priced too

I like this hotel because the room is so massive even some facilities in room are a bit old. The service is good, nice staff. I bought a package from hotel directly , everything is included in package; picking van, speedboat, truck, dinner, tour, lunchbox etc. I hardly pay for anything there, it is completed in package. Very nice experience there.
