5 stars if they had a pool, but the ocean is right next to the rooms, even the furthest one is less than 50m away. Management was very very very helpful and accommodating. We had a mattress that was too hard and they changed it the next day after we mentioned it. Would definitely come back.

Absolutely gorgeous setting, it is basically placed on Pattaya beach, yet it’s not overcrowded.
Very near to all the snorkelling tours pick-up points and to seaside bars and restaurant. The atmosphere is very chilled and the resort is family friendly.
We got a free room upgrade, very spacious room, sparkling clean, bright, with all necessities. So we know they take extra care for customers who come back.
Little touches that make heart melt and going an extra mile to leave guests satisfied.
We have always been very pleased and satisfied with our stay here as we come back nearly every year. The staff is very helpful and has very good English.
It’s very quiet and relaxed and considerably close to all the best spots on the island. In the low season the prices are very appealing.

We took a fast ferry boat from Langkawi cost RM420.00 for a Returned Trip. Trip took 90 minutes. This time of the year the sea is rough and the ride was bumpy and those who can get sea sick easily be prepared.
Once we reached a floating pontoon ( no ferry terminal ) you are then transported onto a big sampan which can seat about 10 persons. Not good for old or young children. The getting off and onto the floating pontoon I consider it rather challenging. Good for young and active adventurers.
We check-in into this 3 star Chalet , room rather spacious right on the Pattaya Beach. This time of the year the sea is very rough cant swim.
We went to the other side of the beach Sunset Beach , the beach was great , blue seawater and white sandy beach. Water is crystal clear. We spent about 3 hours just enjoying the crystal clear seawater. We forgot to bring our snorkelling gear.
Evening we went jalan jalan at Lipe Walk where there are rows of massages , shops and restaurant lining the side of the walk. Main area of the island.
Great fresh seafood.We brought our own whisky bought from Langkawi Duty Free shop. We also enjoy the Thai Massage.
Overall if you like the sea and a simple holiday , like seafood Koh Lipe is just nice. This time of the year is considered Super Low Period so the beaches are rather empty.
This resort offer free transfer from the immigration to the resort. Good service with affordable room per night. The resort is located along pattaya beach which is also nearby the immigration. The breakfast was okay but lack of vegetarian food. Walking distance to Walking Street. The only cons for this resort is they don't offer wifi in the room, only at the beach and lobby. Overall great stay!
The resort has amazing location and you get an amazing view of the turquoise water of the sea from the room. The rooms are nice and clean and has nice breakfast which is mostly malaysian and thai cuisine. There are many restaurants and shops next to resort. Overall a good resort in Koh Lipe and I will recommend this for travelleres who are visiting there.
We were very satisfied with our bungalow. All bungalows are right in front of the sea, so that's really a big plus, and they are surrounded with nice garden. The rooms have air condition and basic equipment. Their towels are always at your disposal and they were changed every day. Just one thing: there was never enough of toilet rolls and it was not just our case! Also other guest were complaining about it.
The staff was friendly and willing to help if any problem occured.
