Perfect position, just 5 minutes walking from the Walking Street. Very good wifi even at the resort beach. Nice and tidy bedrooms and the towels were changed everyday.
The first day the bed sheet had some dirty spots but they got changed the day after.

If simplicity is not the prevalence of this island, I can't really accept the poor and under maintained amenities in this resort. To be anywhere near the premium standard, the bathroom condition has to improve. I can accept the slack of water pressure, as it's rather common for small island, but no way can I close a blind eye to dirty shower head which can't be held right on the rod. The rooms are spartan, facilities barren and the food in the only restaurant is mediocre at best. You won't be treated like privileged guests but I'm not complaining as it's not my concern as long as they get things done. Be informed that this island is not your usual luxurious destination and most supplies are rather expensive. Beaches are pristine but the large number of boats present at the shoreline is a spoiler to the occasion.

Booked this hotel for 4 nights at lipe island . We have been very disappointed this hotel . We sent the email to inform them to pick up us on the pier but Nobody came. After we got a hotel . We asked them about this mistake .”No apologize “form the stuff and They told us .They don’t have a service like that if we want this service we had to mention them “ What” who sent email us back to meet us at the pier . Anyway we was too tried that time and need to got our room . We got a room on 2nd floor . Room was big enough but no hair dryer no tv no fridge . The big problem happened Air condition broke . They took time to fix it more than 3 hours . We want to change the room but No room available on that time . Air condition was cold only at night if you need to use it in afternoon . It was no power enough to make our room cold. “ Hot like a Sauna” The water pressure was suck . We can not shower on the rush hours [ 8-10 am &pm]
We like Lipe a lot but we will book a hotel next to this hotel

When we arrived to the resort, it felt like i was entering a trash can, and since i went through the back side you can see that the water tank does not work which means no hot water to shower with.
As we went to the “reception” area the staff were very mean and unwelcoming. They gave us a welcome drink which i found alright.
After a few minutes later they took us to our room and all i could smell was the urine(it’s pretty bad). The rooms was okay but i’ve been in better hotels/resorts here in koh lipe, the bed itself is meh and the pillow is very uncomfortable it felt like i was sleeping on a rock.
Ah the bathroom was horrible, it smelled disgusting honestly and once again they did not have hot water, so i had to shower with very cold water.
Anyways, please avoid this resort at all costs!
Wow, Koh Lipe is something special: The last island before you hit Malaysia is well worth a visit. I thought that I had visited most of the Thai islands but boy was I surprised. The Bella Vista resort on the island certainly caps off the experience: Beach views, drinks . excellent staff; what more would you need: Get here before it gets two commercial.

We booked the standard room for thb3,005 per night, there are 2 super singles beds, to fit 2 adult and 2 children. Quite pricey. Child age above 5 is charged thb250/day for breakfast, without extra bed. Room is clean, but there is no tv, no mini bar, no hair dryer and the house keepingz doesn't replenish the toiletries without us requesting. Customer Service is excellent, and ala-carts food is great. Breakfast is very basic and the food is just average. The hotel is about 15-20 mins walk from walking street, 10 mins from Bun-ga immigration and it feels like a very long walk when we were walking under the hot sun. Pattaya beach is much nicer now compared with Sunrise Beach, with less boat parking in front of the beach.
