Relaxing and comfortable - well priced and and clean. Good selection of food for middle of desert. Satisfying breakfast. Excellent and attentive staff, informative and polite.
Weather was to cold but great pool facilities.
Be ready for an adventure, sand dunes, camels and the locals.
Highly recommend a trip to Liwa

Excellent value for money - nothing new or fancy, but quiet, nice, clean and super friendly service. Really good beds, great balcony and a very good buffet dinner.
Breakfast was ample and included in the already low rate and the awesome burger for lunch was just that. We'll be back!

The hotel interiors (rooms, lobby, restaurants) are beautiful and in excellent conditions. Probably they have been renewed recently. All in all, inside you feel comfortable everywhere.
Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the exteriors, as they need some serious refurbishment. In principle, the facilities outside can be amazing, as I saw at least a large swimming pool, a children swimming pool, tennis/basketball courts, a small football pitch, a huge playground, but all needs some refurbishment.
The personnel is very kind and fast in supporting all request.
I would definitively come here again for a week end while enjoying the amazing dunes of Liwa.

Booked this hotel on a quick weekend getaway with teenager kids and family friends. It's an old but well maintained hotel. Strong Wifi signal in every room, lobby and restaurant. Nice pool with lifeguard on duty. There's ping-pong table on the recreation room. There's a pool table but in the bar, so kids can't play there. There are 'villas' accommodation too, in case you want to bring extended family or friends to stay here. Parking is easy and I prefer a ground floor room for easy frequent access to lobby and my car.

Breakfast is included for two persons, kids up to 12 yo pay half price, older than that pay full price.

Staff are friendly although the check in and check out is slow due to some miscommunications with the booking agency. Apparently in the certain days close to festive seasons the price is increased significantly, so watch out for that.

It is probably worth to mention that this hotel is located up the hill with no other building around it, so you always want to reach it or leave it by car.

Rooms are spacious with a nice look. Very large balcony with a very comfy couch with an Arabic look. Would have been nice if the table and 2 white plastic chairs on the balcony were in the same type of style. Those actually looked cheap. Still the balcony is great to hang out on. We looked across the parking (full of awesome 4x4s), but also some beautiful dunes.

Room comes with an empty fridge, water kettle, coffee/tea etc, 2 complimentary water bottles and some nice gummi bears!
The queen bed was comfy and they actually had a pillow menu and when I ordered they brought the pillows promptly.
We had a little issue with the curtain suddenly coming down on the morning of us leaving when we opened it, but I am pretty sure that was a one off.

Bathroom comes with decent amenities, water pressure is great but the shower head might be a bit low for tall (above 185cm) people.

Breakfast buffet is pretty good, with boiled eggs, hash browns, toast, croissant and some danish pastries, as well as a salad counter.
The pool looks lovely. Unfortunately didn't have time to try.

Few things to keep in mind: bring passports or Emirates ID for all people staying, otherwise they will not allow you to stay! So not just for the person who booked.
Further, I noticed at reception some confusion for a family regarding the rules and extra costs for having a bed added to the room for kids. Might be worthwhile checking their policy before booking.
