We visited Habitat four years ago, and loved it. The staff were friendly, apartments clean etc. Couldn't fault it. This time however, one member of staff, who was there four years ago, was repeatably rude to both my family and other families. He would snatch the money away when paying for things, talk in spanish to his colleagues about us (i understood) and slam drinks down on the table. This was noticed by several families i talked to, and was very unappreciated by hard working families enjoying a well earn break. Another key bug bare was that despite there being warnings not to 'reserve' a lounger with a towel, many families did, which i think should of be re-enforced. On a positive note, the children's entertainer - Andrea was absolutely amazing, and my daughter loved every minute. On the whole, a fantastic place with no faults, apart from Ivan. All other staff were fantastic.

Just back from an 8day stay at the Habitat, pleased with the overall experience. Apartment was basic but clean and comfortable. The pool was fantastic, the kids could swim and be watched from the apartment patio, the down points were that there were only 3 parasols for shade and at times a lack of sunbeds. Also a problem for us was that the beach and best places to eat were to far to walk,( we both have mobility problems,) so it was 10euros for a taxi each day.

Room tip: If you can't manage stairs to well make sure to book a ground floor apartment as there are no lifts.

A great apartment, clean, very well equipped and just a short 20 minute walk to the lovely sea front. Excellent aircon made the very hot weather (for me!) absolutely OK. Helpful staff. We had a top floor apartment and there are no lifts so specify lower if you find stairs a problem. All in all though I'd certainly recommend Habitat Apartments!!

I travelled here for a 4 day visit to Majorca with my wife and baby. Staff were helpful and very quick to comminicate when asking about cots and other questions before our trip, and were able to help in all areas.

We travelled in late May outside of school holidays. This place was perfect for our needs as it only had about 3 or four other families present so it was nice and quiet - exactly what we wanted. It has two decent sized swimming pools and a small childrens pool in addition, which were kept clean and tidy.

The apartment was better than we expected for the money as it had two bedrooms (when we were only expecting 1) and they even changed the bedding mid way during our trip which we wern't expecting.

Slightly dissappointing choice of food and minimal staffing in the cafe / bar area - although this didn't bother us as we either ate out or cooked in our apartment, however I would imagine during the main holiday seasons this would be fully staffed and in which case would be fine.

Small food store accross the road which did most products - includiung baby food which we appreciated, however this was quite expensive, although just down the road towards Port de Pollenca there is a large supermarket which is best to use!

Easy to find and plenty of parking when you get there. It is under 1 mile walk to the beach, although we drove in....lots of easy parking around out of season along the beach.

Room tip: We had a room on the second floor (top floor) which we liked a lot. There is no lift which didn't bother us at all, but something to bear in mind if travelling with a baby - i.e. with pushchair and lots of stuff!

Visited this hotel last year as a family holiday and it really was horrific. We usually go to 4 star hotels so this was a real step down. The room was not clean and was rather shabby. My younger brother had a sofa bed like myself to sleep on and it had a FOUL odour of urine. Luckily we came with another family so he was able to use their sofa bed to sleep on as the one in our room was just awful. The next big problem was the lack of umbrellas to use for shade during the day, in fact I say lack there actually were not ANY so we resorted to hiding under trees and any form of shade we could find when it got really hot. The pool water was filthy and the general area around the pool was not nice. We had paid to have our breakfast at the hotel every morning which was an error, there was absolutely no choice or any type of buffet, simply a small table with a few boiled eggs, bread rolls (often with flies on them) and some ham and cheese. Overall the hotel was dirty and certainly not a 'three key' hotel, i'd say more 2 star or even 1!
