Location good about 10 minutes walk from beach and town. Supermarket a few minutes decor very nice but in need of TLC. Decking on roof in need of good clean and update.
Paid 100 euros for use of Jacuzzi but it was murky throughout week and had yellow foam floating on the top, we reported this twice, the first time we were told it was fine and the second time they listened and came to look at but no better, we did not use at all. Paid 45 euros for a very substandard welcome pack.
Upstairs bedroom- air conditioning smelt of drains and then kept tripping the whole flat so not working, the handyman said this was due to rain but not working before storm. Cover very stained reported this and the fact no double quilt on this bed and some very nice cleaners came but didn't change cover or leave quilt. Metal plate covering top of shutter fell on my head!!!!!
Downstairs balcony very nice but drains and sink smelt and was blocked handyman came and 'fixed' that night whole u bend fell off and brown gunge all over floor obviously very blocked plumbers needed to be called next day but only after we had to clean ourselves. Also height of balconys particuarly on roof really not suitable for small children
Very disappointing stay
This apartment is on the fringes of the resort but still a fairly short walk to the main amenities.
It has a nice communal pool with sun loungers and is fairly private.
There is a big supermarket within five minutes walk and the main resort is only 10 minutes walk as is the beach.
There are some relatively minor faults such as the odd bit of skirting board coming off the wall and the curtains in the lounge in need of a few replacement hooks as they are broken.
We couldn't get the air con to work but to their credit someone was with us very quickly to sort it out he also sorted the door on the freezer which would not close because of the a build up of ice. Not sure if that was because it has never been defrosted ot if a previous occupant had not closed the door properly.
The wardrobe doors in the upstairs bedroon need fixed as they come of the runners and will not open or shut and there is a nasty smell coming from either the drains or else the air con in that room also.
The decking on the roof terrace could do with being sorted as well as the hot tub.

They supplied an iron as stated in the amenitiesd list but didn;t bother with an ironing board but again to their credit when I asked about one they did deliver it that day.
It would be nice if all these things I have mentioned were checked before a new client arrives to save both parties the hassle.
It is a nice property but it could do with a bit of TLC the things I have mentioned are annoying and could easily have been avoided in my opinion with a bit more thought on the part of the letting agents.
Being a bit more pro-active rather than having to be re-active would be much better in my opinion.
I would consider going back to this property but would like some assurances that a bit of maintenace has been done prior to booking again.
