We stayed here for 3 nights and we both loved it. The staff is friendly, the villas are very spacious and beautifully decorated. Close to the beach. Breakfast was very good and included in the room rate. If we ever return to Bohol in the future we will definitely stay here again.

We came as a group of friends--3 couples occupying three villas. Villa Kasadya was a great choice.

The rooms are beautiful. Superbly decorated, comfortable, and big! The A/C works VERY well. The TV is nice and has lots of channels. The bed is comfy and clean. The bathroom is uniquely decorated. The porch is also very enjoyable.

Pool was very nice at the end of the day. Good size, depth, and temperature. Very clean.

Food was good.

Staff were amazing! They were proactive in making/suggesting arrangements. The thing I was most impressed with in regards to the staff were their choice of recommendations. We asked about several services during our stay: massages, laundry, taxi, tours, etc. While most hotels like this would lead you to a "preferred" vendor where there is a "special" relationship, it seemed that the staff made excellent recommendations. Walking around town and getting a sense of street prices for laundry, massages, etc, I realized that the staff at Villa Kasadya had made very good recommendations in terms of price/quality.

If you're up for a massage, I recommend Alona Spa--very near the hotel.

Yes, the dirt road where this hotel is situated is not ideal for walking late at night---but it really isn't that bad either. We had no issues.

Thanks for a great stay. We loved it!

Before arriving, I was pretty sure we were going to have a great time here. Jhena from Villa Kasadya was in contact, helping us arrange transfers from the ferry port and even with a last-minute change of ferry everything was worked out for us. She mentioned on one of the nights we would be staying it was the staff Christmas party, and would we like to join and also take part in their Secret Santa? It was so kind and welcoming.

When we arrived, we were the only people staying (there are just 4 villas) so it was like our own little private oasis. The villas were amazing - beautifully presented and massive. The bathroom was gorgeous, with lovely green plants making it feel like an "outside, inside" bathroom. The bed was huge and really comfy. Great aircon and everything you could wish for really. The only two things about the bedroom you might want to know in advance is that they get bright in the morning, and there are some cockerels not too far away. Still, we had earplugs and eye masks (always a good precaution to bring on holiday) and had absolutely no trouble. Had we not had these things, we'd have been fine too.

Breakfasts were great, nice freshly cooked pancakes with bacon and syrup and omelettes with delicious fresh mango juice. There were a few other options we didn't try too.

So, to the staff Christmas party. We had planned to stay for a couple of drinks and then head off to a restaurant in town (just a few minutes walk) and leave them to their party. But as it turned out, a combination of absolutely belting rain and the most welcoming and friendly people you could wish to meet, we ended up staying for the whole night, eating an amazing traditional meal and having an awful lot of fun into the small hours with the staff and owners. There were even two puppies to play with! Out of our whole trip to the Philippines it was my stand-out memory.

Jhena organised a tour for us around Bohol which was great, and nothing was too much trouble for them to organise and help us with. I think it was the only time I've left a hotel with a heartfelt hug from the manager. I really think this is now at number 1 in my hotel experiences ever, I have never been so sad to leave!

PS. We were tossing up between here and the Henann for our stay. Do yourself a massive favour and stay here. The Henann is nice insofar that it has loads of facilities, but it is absolutely massive and totally impersonal. It's just a big hotel that you could find anywhere. Maybe it would work better for a large family, but especially if you are a couple you'll have a much, much nicer and memorable stay at Villa Kasadya.

Good staff and service - Pretty property with good looking garden and pool. Great Villas with big room, comfy bed and spacious couch corner - ideal for movie time or to accomodate kids like in our case.
Close to the beach and life in Panglao ... In the end ... Kids loved it, we loved it.

Cheers

This is a relatively new development having open within the last 12 months and consists of only 4 Villas.

I'm not sure where to start with my praise, i think firstly the staff! Everyone that worked there was absolutely amazing, from the moment we checked in to the moment we left they were polite and helpful. They really couldn't do enough for you but weren't too in your face like a lot places can be. The owner Fred was a great guy, very friendly and approachable and had the cutest little puppy who would often be found running around the grounds.

The room itself was massive, decorated to a very high western standard but still with the asian feel you would expect. The bed was the comfiest hotel bed i've ever stayed in and the living area of the villa had great comfy couch with flat screen tv with a lot of channels in HD and in english and other languages. The bathroom was spacious with a great shower and we felt really comfortable there. My girlfriend wasn't feeling the best one night so it was great to be able to get cuddled up on the sofa, watch a movie and relax in a place that felt more like home than a hotel

The pool area was great and the majority of the time there was no one else there. Due to there only being 3 other couples staying there you often got the pool and bar area to yourself.

The breakfast was good, they even delivered to the villa on new years day when i was nursing too much of a hangover to get out of bed and between 3pm - 7pm everyday they do happy hour on cocktails which are buy one get one free for 150 peso for 2!!

The only slight negatives was that the accommodation is located down a very poorly developed dirt track, it's not well lit up at night and at first my girlfriend felt a bit scared walking down there (it was fine, we encountered no issues what so ever). Also it can be quiet noisy in the morning with the local wildlife waking up, goats making the funny noises they make, hens making a racket and birds tweeting but again, it's part of the experience!

Also beware of the mosquitos, they had a good feed on me every evening! It's not something i blame the hotel for, they even went out their way to fumigate the room to try and get rid of them which seemed to help :)

All in all, if you're in Alona beach, stay here!
