We had booked for a table of 5 at 8:30 pm. There was not much of the crowd when we walked in.
We all had either primi piati and secondly or a starter and primi piati. The whole meal took us 3 hours!
Needless to say that we skipped dessert and coffee because we all had enough of the waiting and disorderly service. We did not manage to have more than 3 people at any time to eat together while the other two were waiting for their dish.
Staff was obviously busy but on the other hand not very attentive nor showing much concern with the endless wait !
The food was excellent and wine was priced at a reasonable level. It leaves an uncomfortable and mixed feeling that this could have been a wonderful outing and eating experience if customer service had leveled with the food.
Definitely not worth the 5 or 4 star rating...not to mention the Michelin recognition !
