"Blume" is a cozy restaurant in the small village of Hausen. It is the only restaurant in the village and seems to be popular both with the locals as well as visitors from farther away - according to the license plates of the cars in front.
On offer there are all Swabian specialities starting from "Käsespätzle" (chees noodles) to "Wurstsalat" (sausage salad).
Servings are plentiful and prices are adquate. Staff is friendly and attentive.
Unlike other restaurants serving Swabian specialities there even are some vegetarion options.
