We are a business and the travellers never actually got to stay due to a last minute trip cancellation. We were charged a no-show on the company credit card which we totally understand as in line with the booking terms. We subsequently attempted, directly with the hotel and via the booking agency, numerous (about 20 times!) time to obtain a receipt for the no-show but the hotel either ignored requests or said they would and never did. This has been dragging on since July.
Very unprofessional. No regard for 'paying' customers and what this means for Accounting.
