It is increasingly hard to find affordable business hotel rooms in Tokyo greater met area, but this slightly distressed property is an unexpected gem. Convenient to central and western Tokyo in an upstart suburban neighborhood that can deliver great food and drink options very convenient to the hotel. Kichijoji is fun, and well placed within the Tokyo transportation network. The Tokyu REI makes for a terrific option when hotels closer in are unaffordable or unavailable.

We stayed one night in this city hotel close to the railway station. From here it is easy to travel to Tokyo city center and around. The rooms are average and offer all normal facilities including free wifi and international tv. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. In the neighbourhood of the hotel you can find several restaurants.

Though I had stayed for one night only, I found the hotel very nice. It is located next to the Kichijoji Station. The bus stop and Sun Road (shopping hub) is also very near. Inokashira park is 10 mins walking distance from the hotel. There are many restaurants nearby including a few Indian restaurants. You can even park your cycle near the station. The rooms size is same as all other Japanese hotels. The hotel is very quiet and the staff is friendly too.

Its clean, quite business hotel located rights next to the Khichijoji Railway as also bus station. The rooms are fairly fine as per Japanese standards. Its basic amenities include TV and free internet connection. The rooms have great view of the shopping centre. One can walk to the shopping place. Some shops give tax free after purchase of Y5000 or. The is a well developed garden about ten minutes walk away

Bijijnesu Hotel is the Japanese overall designation for hotels primarily targeting business man from other places visiting the site for reasonable price. Kichijiji Tokyo REI, formerly know and Tokyu Inn is a pioneer in this segment. Their activity as Bijinesu Hotel is back to early 80's now completely remodeled. The reason is the recent boom involving the Kichijoji District, now one of the most agitated and popular district among the young and couples. The variety of restaurants, coffee shops and clothes, outfit shops turned Kichijoji another "shingen chi" or epicenter of Tokyo's trend. Back to Kichijoji REI the rooms were remodeled. The single rooms are quite small - aprox.15m2 with bed measuring 1,95x1,20. It is not recommended for tall people or chubby ones. All the rooms has light colors and contemporary design. The working desk combined with TV set follows the same pattern of other similar hotels.
The only restaurant offer Buffet style breakfast, combining Japanese and Western dishes( depending of the package, included in the price), the Lunch is à la carte or Buffet. For Dinner there is also a different type of Buffet or à la carte. The staff is hardworking and even with little difficulty with language they try to help you as much as they can. One big advantage of this hotel is its location, just 2-3 minutes walk from
Kichijoji Station, stopping point of the Chuo Train Line, one of the Tokyo busiest one.
Close to the hotel, there is the Inokashira Park which worth a visit.
However, all this convenience has a price - about USD89,00 for a single room without Breakfast and USD99 Breakfast included. This is also special prices which means depending of the demand, the price can rise. Check the rate first.

Room Tip: Ask for Double Room in Hawa Wari pricing(Early bird), there is discount and they are well located
