Beautiful hotel but not so much English as in other Tokyo hotels and you need a taxi to get to it as it is not near the train station. The bonis is that it is not so crowded as other centrally located hotels in Tokyo can be.

Room Tip: My room on the 6th floor was very quiet

Pros:
- Clean
- Free shuttle bus service to Hikarigaoka Station (you need to get the coupon from the reception)
- Free to leave luggage there for a night
- Room is in a good size
- McDonald’s and minimarts located nearby, within walking distance
- Free toiletries provided: toothbrushes with toothpaste, razor, comb, Q-tips, an elastic hair band, soap, shampoo and et cetera.
- Free WiFi, rather OK.
- Refrigerator provided
- Check out is at 12:00. Quite exceptional for Japan
- They lined the bins
- Reasonably priced

Cons:
- Lobby stinks of cigarette smoke
- Occasionally the room stinks of cigarette smoke too. Make sure to switch off the ventilation
- Location. The Hikarigaoka station or any other public transport is too far away. The use of the provided shuttle bus is not always practical.
- Receptionists don’t speak adequate English.
- We’ve been offered a free breakfast, only to discover that it cost 12 euro per person the next day.

I stayed at the hotel for 6 days on my working trip last December 2015. The hotel was built far from the hustle of Tokyo city and it was located near to Hikarigaoka station (15mins walking). For those who like to seek night life activities or shopping spree, this hotel is not for you. By the way, you can find McDonalds right at the corner and family marts just few meter away from the hotel.

The room was clean, tidy and quite big if you compare the size of normal hotel room across Japan. The WiFi services was extremely fast and great coverage in my room. The part I was like the most is the toilet since they provide big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, facial wash (L'Oreal brand). For a woman travelers like me, this is the one we need the most since you just bring a little bottles of everything as to save space of the suitcase as much as possible. Suitable for business travelers and family vacationers.

Room Tip: You can choose the suite for sleeping on tatami experience.

Had a short stay overnight. Really enjoyed it. Clean and tidy with helpful staff. Can recommend to others. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was more than adequate. Don't expect a western style breakfast but the food is delicious none then less. Not 5 star but an adequate 4 star
