My first night in Tokyo after a long flight at this great hotel. I found it clean and well equipped. The bed was comfy and although the room is petite (normal for Tokyo I gather), I had enough space to put my bags. The bathroom was new and very clean. Breakfast was basic but enough to get me on my way. Good value and not far from the subway. Free shuttle from airport was a plus.

Japanese service is among the best in the world, but not at this hotel. Perhaps understandably, because they only get visitors for a single night, who need somewhere near the airport for an early flight. So it's all very functional. But it's not somewhere to stay for more than one night!

The free airport shuttle is useful.

First experience of a Japanese Hotel, everything works exactly...even to the shower being at the right setting and instant arm water. Everything spotless.
Had a little confusion at front desk over collecting laundry but was resolved as it had been done. Ordering taxi's was 'it will be here in 9 minutes' and it was just that.

I stayed over night in order to catch an early flight at Haneda airport. Their shuttle in the morning ran like a clock, it made the trip the airport short and easy.
The facility is simple, and my reception staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was alright, has enough choices.
My room was OK but with strong cigarette smell. It was rather bothersome. In order to air it out, I had to ask someone to unlock and open the window. Wish their have real non-smoking rooms.

Hotel internet drops off every now and then. Room 807.
Also, the wifi password for main building and west wing is different, making it very inconvenient when visiting colleagues in the main building. Passwords can be simplified to be the same.
No bus transfers from international arrival to hotel before 10.30pm. Two or 3 sevices from 6pm - 1030 pm appreciated for some regional international arrivals.
