arrived at haneda at 10.00 at night and therefore decided to book this hotel for a short stop over before we proceed to tokyo proper.
the good thing is that there is a jal hotel shuttle to take you there with no hussle. also the next morning we once again took the free shuttle to the airport to catch the airport limo to disney resort. shuttle is frequent and it only takes about 5 minutes to reach the terminal.
however, rooms were ultra small and we found it a little difficult with space.
a good option if you are landing late or departing early as a stop over hotel.

I was recently on the early morning (BA) flight from Haneda to London. I flew down the evening before from Hokkaido and took the free shuttle bus from Haneda airport to the hotel which took less than 10 minutes. The check in staff spoke good English and I was smoothly checked in and up in my room. The room was comfortable and modern. The hotel restaurant was reasonably priced but there are a number of restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel if you want to venture out. Also there is a convenience store right across the street fom the hotel. I took the 4:30am free shuttle bus to the airport and was at the terminal by 4:40am. I'll be staying here again!

We stayed here before a very early flight from Haneda, so we wanted something close to the airport. Rooms were clean and typical upmarket 'business hotel' style. Staff were efficient and courteous. The hotel restaurant has typical basic local options like curry rice etc. Also, there's a convenience store over the road for snacks.

There's also a shuttle bus to the airport in the morning and from the airport in the evening. Because we were leaving *very* early, the first bus at 4:30 didn't get us to Haneda 2 hours before the flight, so we took a taxi, which was about 2000 yen (1000 fare and 1000 Haneda surcharge if I remember correctly). It's a good option if you want to avoid the more expensive airport hotel.

Rooms seemed very new (recently refurbished possibly?).

Stayed for 1 night in late January due to an early flight the next morning. My first impressions of the hotel at the reception was ok - spacious and clean. However, when I walked, into my checked-in room, it felt quite run-down and old and needed rennovation. The air con was noisy and the bathroom lacked the amenities for the same price of a higher rated hotel in central Tokyo - so what you're really paying for the nights stay is the convenience to Haneda Airport.

What really surprised me was that there wasn't any drinking water in the room. As with any hotel, the basic minimum would include 2 bottles of drinking water - not that I couldn't afford but just for the convenience. I asked the front desk if they had provided any and they said we needed to use the vending machine on the floor - i looked at the vending machine later and found no water was available for selection! So I had to pop into the convenience store across the road.

So next time, if I'm sleeping for only 4-5 hours, I'd think twice and rather save the $$$ and sleep at the airport if its going to be so inconvenient anyway...

I needed a room for a few hours near Haneda just to clean up and rest for a few hours. It served the purpose, but am a bit surprised that a hotel catering to airport traffic has no notion of "day use". The Hotel is only two sops by train from Haneda in a very typical Japanese suburb/town with tons of restaurants, shops and cafes. Gives you a glimpse of Japanese life that you will not get in central Tokyo. The room was small, well designed and clean...pretty much any hotel in Japan will meet these standards, including many much cheaper. The front desk was polite and prompt -- again just "normal" for this great-to-travel-in country. Cleaned up and napped and off on another flight...rather expensive for that, but I was desperate.
