it's unique eating ramen in your own space ..allowing you to have focus & concentration to savor taste of soup, noodle and chashu (the pork). They have English instruction/menu which puts peace at heart for non-Japanese travelers who lost in translation ... At least you know what you order. It's one great ramen that you should try when you are in Japan... but I still think there are many more better ones..

A very interesting concept of eating ramen,

Step 1: Choose your ramen and toppings from the vending machine
Step 2: Take the ramen and topping ticket(s) and wait for an empty seat/booth
Step 3: While waiting, the lady will hand you a sheet of paper where you can customize almost everything about your ramen.
Step 4: Tweak your ramen options to your liking
Step 5: Head to your booth and place your tickets and preference sheet on the sensor and hit the button
Step 5: Someone from behind the window will take your order
Step 6: Wait for delicious ramen to magically appear in front of you
Step 7: Slurp, eat and enjoy
Step 8: At this point, you an order more toppings or add more noodles.
Step 9: Water is available at your booth
Step 10: Finish and crave for the next time you visit this ramen joint again

We visited this place as it was close to our hotel and rated 4 on trip advisor for the area and it really did not disappoint at all.
We had to que to get in and you order from a machine being from London this is not something I'd seen before but it was pretty easy. Your then seated at a counter and served through a hatch .
Only ever had Ramen in Waggamammas before I can honestly say that the Ramen here is on the list off one of my favourite things I've ever eaten.
You would be a fool not to visit this little gem and for 2 people with 2 beers it worked out about £20 bargain.

Line was long but moved quickly. Ordering had english on it and was easy to use. The eating area was so mysterious though! You never see your servers the whole time. They are behind a screen and only serve you through a small hole. Ramen was customizable. Overall very yum

The broth was sensational. Texture of noodles can be customized depending on one's preference. All in all, best ramen I have ever had!
