My wife and I spent a week here during our first visit to Japan.

The reception was respectful and polite. While some didn't speak perfect English, we were able to understand and communicate. We had our luggage shipped to the hotel from Haneda airport via JAL ABC, and they held on to it until we arrived. (Our flight arrived around 4:30am, and check in was 4pm).

We had no issues with other guests, as it seemed like many people in Japan show the utmost respect in every aspect of life. Our room was very quite, although a bit small with the king size bed. The bed was a bit harder than we are used to. The bathroom was small, but clean. The tub was very deep, and there was a soap/shampoo dispenser as opposed to small travel sized soaps.

Cleaning is done from 10am-4pm, but there were a couple of occasions where we needed to come back to our rooms early, and we were quickly accommodated.

Breakfast was very good, although seating was a bit difficult to find if we arrived as soon as breakfast started at 7am. We decided to arrive between 8:30 and 9, and seating was fine later on.

There are two clothes washers and dryers located on the main floor, with a soap vending machine which we did use. Next to the elevators were two vending machines which had regular and alcoholic drinks.

The elevators were a bit small, but space is at a premium in Tokyo.

It is in a good location, about a 5 minute walk from the Tsukuba Express, Don Quijote, 7/11, Family Mart, and a supermarket. The Asakusa market area is very close, as is the Asakusa Shrine.

We have already decided that we will stay here again on our next trip.

Room Tip: Don't show up to the free breakfast until 8:30 or later.

I went to Tokyo for an intense week of sighseeing. This hotel turned out to be a perfect choice for our needs. The breakfast was proper and kept us full for many hours. There is also a fantastic shuttle service to Ueno train station. I recommend this location.

I stayed with my wife. We were looking for decent hotel at Asakusa. Most of the hotels were fully booked and honestly this hotel wasn't our first choice but turn out to be great. It will be a bit of walk from Asakusa main street but it is all good after all.

Staffs were very nice as well. I guess it's my problem but Tokyo Skytree looked very close. But it was quite far! But anyway, it was great location good people and somehow people who stays there were friendly too. Not much to worry, if you are looking for back up plan this is defenitely more then back-up plan.

Room Tip: Higher floor on Tokyo Sky Tree side.

I had a stay for 2 days and it was very smooth. The staff personally was not much interactive but they try to facilitate you to fullest whenever asked for. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However as a Muslim you need to look after your meal choices in there - their breakfast actually give much option in the meal making suitable for all.

Room Tip: Advanced booking make thing more smooth and save lots of time.

The location is good, not too far from Sensoji temple, about 5-10 minute, we walked from Asakusa station every night. There are shuttle bus from hotel to Ueno station every morning and night. we used this service every morning to go to Ueno station. We were out early everyday so did not have a chance to try their breakfast. The room was small compare to US standard but for Japan I think it is ok. Bathroom is good, heated seat toilet and very clean. There are free pajamas if you did not bring your own.
