An excellent place to stay with everything you need in place. The rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable. The house also had a small courtyard at the back where it was pleasant to eat.The house is only a short walk from the centre of Estaing and the river Lot, where there are a handful of restaurants.

We have stayed in many gites all over France and this one is among the best.
Before our arrival the host was in contact with us with lots of important tips and background information. She made us fel very welcome even though we never met. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location of the house is very convenient, just on the edge of the village, about 3 min walk into cafe/shops etc., but you get no noise.
Estaing is very beautiful and a great base to explore the Lot valley.
It is a stop on the Camino de Compostella and every day you see pligrims walking past the house en route to a hostel up the road. It is very atmospheric.
The info book in the house is very clearly writen, so you know exactly what to do and when.

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon in March this year. The property was amazing, beautifully fitted, modern and comfortable. The views from the living area where fantastic and a short stroll down the street is the charming medieval village of Estaing. A great place to escape, unwind and explore. There are also lots of other very scenic and historical attractions within a short drive from Estaing.
We would love go back and stay again in the warmer seasons.

1 review A beautiful escape, with superb accommodation!! Everything you need and more. Situated in the centre of town, walking distance from all the beauties of Estaing. Well kept amenities and modern furnishings. Owners were welcoming and easy to contact at all times. Would absolutely recommend to everyone. We had the perfect getaway!
