Hotel was nearly new, very comfortable, nothing to be concerned about. Had a good night's sleep.
Dinner on the other hand was very poor with mechanical, rote scripted service that paid no attention to my customer needs nor experience.
I asked for a quiet place to read some work papers, instead I was directed to the crowded part of the eatery, as a quiet space near the front door was 'closed'. Do customers matter these days?
The Asian salad was nearly all cold cabbage and sliced carrots with a spattering of shredded beef on the top. The chilli had no heat and overall the taste was quite bland. As for the side of broccoli, it arrived cold and most of it stayed that way.
I was very unimpressed. Despite staying several times before, I will go somewhere else next time to eat.More
