Wow, this incredible country pub puts the "D" in delicious. With a fine selection of local ales and a jovial landlord the food here is of the best quality and quantity I have come across for a long time. I started with the "Timbales" which is made up with smoked salmon, prawns and cray fish and various herbs, followed with the chicken and brie pie which was complimented with new potatoes and vegetables. My friends sampled the pate and a chicken curry (made to what ever strength you requested). Because of the size of the portions I suggest returning to your armchair for a long snooze. Excellent value for money, well done to the chef and landlord.
