We had private cooking class with just 2 of us. Chef and assistant were wonderful. Learned new recipes that we want to try at home. Great wine included. Worth the money. Owner was very friendly and informative.

We visit Fattoria Fibbiano for wine tastings with light lunch. The time that we spent there was one of most pleasant and interesting during our Toskana's week. Dalila Moretti, our guide, is so, so nice, smiley and kind lady. She told us very interesting things about the grapes, the wine making process and the winery. Everything was so clean and well arranged, we couldn't believe, this is possible. We taste really high quality wines with delicious lunch in so wonderful atmosphere. Fantastic!

My wife and I had the pleasure of going on the Fibbiano Vineyards property for a wine tour with Dalila Moretti. The wine tour was fascinating. The property is beautiful. Dalila was knowledgeable and outgoing, informative and receptive to questions. She made everyone feel at home and comfortable. We bought some wine and shared it with family and we will be asking for it in our local wine store.

We spent a day with our English speaking tour guide Massimo and driver Diego by driving from Livorno where they picked us up from our cruise ship and driving to this fabulous winery and B&B in the Tuscan hills.
Our travel agent set up this day of cooking class, wine tour & tasting along with a stop in a local town to see a fort and pasta factory through tours by locals.
We had an amazing time as Massimo and our cook Lucia taught us so much and showed us how to make the most amazing traditional Tuscan lunch. To top it off, Mateo (one of the owners) joined us for a taste of our food, and told us their families story of how they bought and rebuilt this Tuscan jewel.
We would strongly recommend this destination to anyone looking for a day of cooking, great food and wine along with simply the scenic beauty of the Tuscan hills.
Massimo was a great tour guide.

We had the most unbelievable holiday at Fattoria Fibbiano at the end of the 2016 Euro summer. It was a quieter time & the vineyard was being harvested, which meant that some of the activities weren't running (like pizza making), but we got the R&R we needed in the most picturesque setting, and LOTS of pool time without having to fight for deckchairs each day. The weather was perfect, the staff were lovely, we felt so welcome and it made traveling with three younger children a breeze! We stayed in the Ginestra apartment & it was perfect for a family of five. I will dream of this place until we can get back one day.... Australia is too far for my liking!!
