We were there because of a freediving course with other colleagues. When I saw the price list I thought it was a joke. € 146 for a two bedroom apartment** and extra € 12 for the guarantee of a sea view? We traveled around Montenegro, Albania and Croatia in 2012 and we were able to find rooms near the beach for € 25 or a hotel*** for € 50.
The good and nice is written on the official web site. I want to write my impressions and feelings: The diving center with instructors was really great. Two beaches (western and eastern), one with waves and the ohter calm. The water was warm (I think due to location), the warmest I have experienced in Croatia.
But that´s all. Now the cons:
Terrible parking - Hard to get out from the parking spot because of the others parking on the road.
No walkways - only one road from the hotel, dangerous to walk on that road. Feeling isolated in the resort.
No washing up liquid and sponge in the kithenette. When I asked at the reception desk the blonde girl answered: "That OK, none of the apartments have things like these, because these things you can buy." The answer you don´t want to hear when you pay app. € 150 per night. There was one bread knife in the kitchenette but two big cooking pots. They were ideal for flushing the toilet if we did not want to wait some hours for filling the flusher automatically. The bathroom was so small there was no eletrical socket.
Air conditioning - yes, there was, but in the "living room" so in the bedrooms we couldn´t close the doors.
Breakfast - OK
Griil&Pizza terrace - food was good but the waiters were lazy and ignorant. After finishing our meal we waited more than an hour but no one cleaned the table. We had to ask for the bill because they had probably forgotten.
Prices - croatian tourist pricing policy

Room Tip: Rooms far away from the grill terrace

This apartment hotel is set in Prizba which is about a forty minute drive from Korcula town and the car ferry. To reach it you come off the main road and drive a bendy hilly road down towards the coast. There isn't much in Prizba itself, mostly apartments and a small supermarket. I wouldn't recommend driving the area at night, as there are no lights.

Its like a mini resort with many apartments set up around communal areas. Some are proper apartments with kitchenettes and some are just rooms/suites. There is a small shop selling basics on site, a restaurant with a pool table, a grill/cafe/bar type area with giant chess, mini golf and volley ball court. What really makes this place is its private beach. Its a mini peninsula so there is a small island connected to the mainland by a large walkway. Either side of the walkway is a pebbled beach. The sea is gentle and suitable for children, its also great for snorkeling. The hotel has boat hire and trips, jet skis and diving available at extra cost.

The room we had was not air conditioned. It was basic but functional with everything you would expect and a mini fridge too. We did have a balcony overlooking the sea which was nice and you can see bats at night. The room we had was sandwiched between the restaurant and the grill, which made it unbearably noisy with the windows open, at night. If this apartment had air conditioning I would have marked the as good rather than average, but the noise issue is extreme.

You will need a car to stay here and they have plenty of parking behind a barrier, although if you have a large car you may find it tough (this applies to Croatia full stop). Its about a forty minute drive to Korcula at one end of the island and thirty minutes to Vela Luka at the other, which is worth a visit.

The food at the grill and restaurant is very good and breakfast was also well done. They do however have a major wasp issue so its difficult to eat in peace.

All in all its like a luxurious camping resort rather than a four or five star hotel but their pricing reflects this. I would recommend it for families with children five plus, but those with younger children may find the noise an issue.

Room Tip: Try to be away from the restaurant and grill for less noise.

Korcula is the most beautiful island of Croatia. Not too much tourist, lot of green, good wines, brilliant blue and clean sea.
You will need car in this island!

Priscapac Apartment Hotel is not a five star hotel, and not a busy resort. Because of this the rooms are simple, but clean, and practical. Please notice, not every room has an air-condition! The staff is not too professional, but very friendly.

The location, and the panorama with the private half-island, 2 beaches, is wonderful! The beach very safety for children.
The Kogo restaurant and beach grill-bar was very good! The quality of food, and every days other fresh sea-fruits (octopus, lot of different fishes, calamari, etz.) was very important in our satisfaction.

We will come back!

Room Tip: Please notice, not every room has an air-condition!

First of all, you REALLY need a car (unless you want to lay at the beach and do not care about visiting other places in the island).
It is a long ride from the walled city, and at night the roads were soooo dark.

The place is sorrounded by beautiful nature but is really isolated. I believe they have buses once or twice a day (on high season!!!) we had to give some other guests a ride in our car.

No AC. The rooms were very simple and basic. I would say they are meant for families on a budget.
