Great place to stay if you need to return a rental car, visit Milano (25 min by bus) and fly out.
The hotel has shuttles to the airport and back so it is very comfortable. They picked us up after dropping the car, any time we went to Milan and back, we had a ride to the bus and to the flight.

This hotel is much better on the inside than it looks on the outside! The shuttle service was great, and the rooms were clean and modern. The price was reasonable so it was perfect for us to stay before we left early in the morning from Linate. AC was pretty good.
I couldn't find a train or bus to make the almost 2-hour trip to the hotel from Recco on the night of my reservation, and the hotel wouldn't allow me to cancel my reservation. I ended up paying for a room and services that I never got to use.
I've had experiences inthe past where I wasn't going to be able to keep a reservation, and didn't have any problems canceling them and not being charged.
Best hotel to stay at for Linate Airport due to the on demand shuttle service that only takes 5 minutes starting at 0500. We left expecting it to be busy at 0530 but were the only ones in the shuttle. Every staff member we met during our stay said hello and were all friendly. The room was nice. A clean heated bathroom. We had a Pizza in our room from the restaurant downstairs which was very tasty. We would definitely stay here again.
When we got to the hotel the greeting was great and the check in really fast.

The reason for the low score is due to the noise
The walls are paper thin!! The people either side sounded like they were dying! Coughing all night
The people above sounded like they were racing their cases round their room all night
There must have been a club or party in the hotel which went on until 4am!!! The noise was awful and barely had any sleep

Very friendly staff and service. Very bright rooms and well designed floors. The only minus is the location. It’s quite locked in within an industrial area you can reach not so good by foot and also taxi drivers sometimes can’t find it that easy.
