I must have reserved this whilst I was drunk or insane. This place is noisy, dirty, and little more than a hostel. Cheap and well placed, but really shouldn't be listed as a hotel and you would think that a Premier Inn was The Ritz compared to this

Although the staff were very friendly, the place its self needs a lot of improvements. The room was small and they crammed a bed right up to the window with a tiny wardrobe at bottom of bed so the person at that side couldn't get out without climbing over the other person. The floorboards were incredibly creaky which must have been annoying for the people below. We asked about ordering breakfast for two mornings and were told the chef went home Monday so could only have it Sunday which was a blessing really as it wasn't nice at all. A lady who was I presume the chef came and took the voucher s off us and never asked what we wanted, she brought the breakfast just plonked it down, bacon was like boot leather and was cold. So today we went and had a smashing breakfast at Wetherspoons before heading home. Wouldn't stay again but the venue was great.

I used this hotel when attending a gig at the Robin2. It is the same building so is ideal for when the gig is over and one or two drinks have been taken!
The room i had was on the ground floor and had everything i needed.
Very clean, large bathroom with shower.
The bed was very comfortable and i had a good sleep.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
I will definitely use this hotel again if visiting for a gig

Superb hotel, met by friendly staff upon arrival, showed to our rooms (2 rooms for 1 night stay) which were clean and tidy and on the ground floor. A 10 minute taxi ride from Wolverhampton train station (£7) and a short walk away from Bilston town centre. Breakfast was a freshly cooked full English and lovely, cereals were also available. We stayed here because we saw Bad Manners gig next door, this hotel is so convenient for the Robin 2 venue. Great hotel, great staff, great location. Will definitely stay here again for future gigs.

This was the second time we have used this hotel, first time was fine, unfortunately this time the room smelt badly of cigarettes, my girlfriend wanted to go straight home, if we hadn't been drinking that night we would have
