This is a scuba diving resort, which we didn't partake in, so this review is based solely on the room.
When getting our keys for our room, the front desk people were very nice and welcoming. When we walked into our room though, we had to spend a good hour killing all the mosquitos. The maids must of left the door open or something, as the room was filled with them. You can see smudges from mosquito kills which were from previous occupants.
The beds were clean, but the room definitely needed better cleaning and perhaps a better system so mosquitos and other bugs don't come through open doors.. Other than the cleanliness, we enjoyed our time at the Tiki Bar and the customer service overall was great.More
