When we arrived as a group our rooms were not ready, there was a lady in front of us who reserved a room on booking and was still waiting for an hour to access room.

The bathroom was very nice and clean. Internet was horrible in the room - this should be FIXED! No connection almost at all.
We did not have breakfast so I cannot comment - I heard it cost 10 euros.
Bus goes every 1 hour to Pisa - it takes 20 minutes to get there. The station is 5 mins from hotel.
There are 2 small shops in the vicinity.

The restaurant terrace is nice for evening sitting out and enjoying calm air.

We visited Pisa and stayed overnight at Hotel Meditura. its a decent small hotel in Pisa. Pisa itself is very small and people mostly dont stay overnight. Rooms were decent in size . however the bathroom was terribly tiny. the hotel has a nice outside area and beautiful sitting area outside. you can also go for early morning walks on the campus and the main road is just adjacent to it.

10 minutes drive from Pisa airport, still cheaper than hotels in the city center.
I am sorry I do not recall the names of the staff at the front desk, very friendly.
The room was nice, everything was in great working order and most importantly, it was clean. Everything you need for a one night stay.

We had only one night at hotel Meditur, but it was enough to get the feeling of comfortable rooms, wi fi at all points, good enough bathroom with maybe too small bath part, but clean. The rooms are big, really, nice, clean, one can feel as in his home. There is no terrace (at least not at our room, just a big window that can be opened and that unfortunately was looking towards the garbage cans). Beds are good, so we had nice sleep and were maybe too tired to hear trains that were passing by (there is rail road near to the hotel).

Breakfast was good but not very comfortable as there were waiters monitoring and complaining all the time on how many pieces of bread, sweets, cheese and ham one takes. Even the croissants were divided in half (I have never seen such thing in any of the hotels that I have visited). It is little bit disturbing but not big deal if you do not pay big attention and enjoy the meal.
