Good just for toilet break and coffee. Picnic tables and play equipment for kids available. We had a picnic rug so kids enjoyed a bit of a frolick before our 1 hour drive home. Bought an apple pie to take home to have with ice cream and cream. Pie was ok- a bit too crusty for my liking but the apples were still chunky, not like the soft fillings you get in the supermarket ones.

We stopped to buy some fruit. Quality is good, price ok, but disappointed they didn't highlight what was locally grown produce. Would have purchased vegetables but limited range. Being situated in one of Sydney's food bowls, it could be so much better. Needs to work out what it wants to be - a cafe or a greengrocer - while both can be on same site, need to be totally separated businesses. Not rushing back,

No much to see. Its a small fruit shop that also offers coffee and tea, cakes and freshly made apple pies.

I can not reiterate enough... Don't go here. Disappointed is an understatement after our visit. The staff were rude, the whole place is run down, with rubbish and debris scattered throughout the property and in the orchards. Not a pleasant experience. I hear that Bilpin Springs is much better for apple picking, which is a shame because our experience at the Fruit Bowl means we are not rushing back to Bilpin.

Entered hoping for locally grown seasonal fruit. Most of the fruit here is out of season for the local area. It’s over priced and clearly a trap for tourists. Left empty handed.
