Perfect chooise when visiting Venice. Quiet, clean and just perfect. Great location, Venice, Murano and everything only short ride away. Very fear prices on everything. BUT the best part about this hotel is the amazing friendly people that work there. Thanks to all of you - you made our stay just so great

We had booked 2 rooms as we were four of us. We requested for the rooms together and if we could have them on the ground level as we had an early morning flight. Our request was met. The rooms were very comfortable. With all the amenities.
The Hotel it self is beautiful lovely swimming pool, gardens, grounds.
We had stayed at the Hotel as a Transit after our Cruise and then to catch a flight the next early morning.
We had a good nights rest and since it was just a five minute drive away we didn't have to rush.
The Hotel provided a Shuttle to the Airport at an extra cost. There are nice restaurants close by which we could go to as being a Sunday the Hotel restaurant was shut.

Upon arriving at the hotel we were appalled by the absolute lack of greeting by the receptionist who was too busy looking at his computer and did not even look up to acknowledge our presence for several minutes. We were the only ones at reception! By the time he finally decided to look up we were feeling most unwelcomed. We had to ask for some basic information and a city map. He then continued with his "work" and did not even offer to assist us with our several pieces of luggage up the stairs. The room was of acceptable standard. The breakfast was quite poor in quality and lacking in variety. The fruit salad was tasteless, the "scrambled eggs" did not resemble eggs of any description and were not fit for human consumption. The only staff member was dictatorial in her manner, directing everybody where to sit and on one occasion when we defied her, she became angry. All the guests were aghast at her behaviour when she could be heard making a racket with what appeared to be pots and crockery in the kitchen. The entire breakfast room was completely silent for the duration of breakfast, many guests turning around to see what the fuss was all about. When checking out once again we were made to wait for quite some time, by the receptionist, who was enjoying a conversation with his mates over a a coffee. We had to ring the reception bell before he attended us. He had been standing only a few metres from us, ignoring our presence. The only words he uttered were the amount of city tax we had to pay. NOTHING ELSE. The only person who ever greeted us in this hotel was the cleaner! We stayed for five nights and not once did any of the receptionists ever turned their heads to greet us. We are seasoned travellers and we have never met such complete lack of courtesy anywhere. Definitely not 4 stars, more like 2.

A great location near Marco Polo airport. The free breakfast was really very good. Very friendly staff and informative. Made it easy for us to take a bus and water bus to get to San Marco square efficiently and easily. The local Al Quadrante (5 min walk) had the best pizza with over 20 choices.

Room tip: stay on second floor

We stay here for 2 nights with big group of friends during long trip. It's very comfort if you need to be nearly airport and you have car. Very nice hotel, we are feeling us as at home. Personal very politely and hospitality. Chek in make very quickly, breakfast is normal, not so much full, but you can find everything. Parking and Wi-Fi free, it's great at Venecia. Only one: no water and flip-flops at the room
