Stayed as a young couple for 3 nights

Pros
Cheap rates for food sized rooms
Breakfast choices are wide
Good spa service
Staff are welcoming, even to non-muslim guests

Cons
Ants on the beds (i found red ants every night before sleeping crawling around my pillow)
Dirty room floors
Stained sheets
Not very white towels and only one per person (no face towels or hand towels)
Non-pedestrianised area, need a car/taxi to safely get to places.

Overall, if you are a muslim guest not bothered about cleanliness/hygiene and looking for a cheap muslim friendly hotel then this is your spot.

The view from the room is amazing , hotel located near the mall and some restaurant such KFC and Pizza Hut . The staff is friendly and helpful . My issues is the sheets wasn’t clean , the water kettle was not working the room felt old .

I am impressed by the following:
1) Hospitality of the staffs
2) Vicinity of the hotel to shopping and eatery places
3) Ample parking

The hotel setup is very modern and elegant looking. Choices of menu items during breakfast are aplenty. I will surely book this hotel again in my next trip to Langkawi.
