The towels are dirty, there’s something in the bed that’s causing me itchy, the sound proof of the hotel room is soooo bad that I can literally hear the sounds from the busy street and caused me unable to sleep well!
No alcohols are allowed in the hotel, so if you drink, you have to throw the bottles out yourselves!
Hospitality wise I wouldn’t be too happy with it as there are a lot of the items are upon request, which a 4 star hotels shouldn’t be practicing this.
Nevertheless, the price for a ‘4 star’ hotel, its rather cheap. Just lower down your expectations will do.

Booked in based on good ratings and stayed for 3 nights, the overall experience was good. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and always smiling. The hotel is very close to the shopping mall and KFC which was great. I liked the room’s balcony; we had the pool and the city view which was very nice. I liked the glass elevators, but the hallways were a bit scary because they were dark. They need more lightings in there. I appreciated the good air-condition, it kept the room very cool. The bed was comfortable.
I had lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant and loved the food. There were many varieties to choose from and the food was delicious, and prices were reasonable. But I was not so happy with the breakfast. It was Malaysian style breakfast with a little western mix. I didn’t know what to eat because the food was not the type of food I have for breakfast.
Bathroom was clean but the shower walls were mouldy because there was no exhaust fan or window in the bathroom which was a big disappointment. The bed sheets and bath towels had yellow stains on them and were very old. The carpet was old and very dirty, some of the tables were oily, and iron board was very old and dirty (we asked them to change it and they did).
Overall the hotel was an average hotel, good for a short stay. It needs improvement when it comes to cleanness.

I had a meeting here held at Adya Hotel, Kuah Langkawi. We stayed from 27-29/11/19. This hotel is a Syariah compliance hotel. It is a new hotel and it has a very good location to shopping especially Kompleks Hj Ismail Group for chocolates, Dataran Helang, Ferry terminal and its about 20-25 minutes to Langkawi International Airport. It takes you 25 minutes to Pantai Cenang. The rooms is spacious with very beautiful scenery of the Andaman Sea , especially during dawn and sunrise. The food at their cafe is delicious which you can get both local and international cuisine. There is a 24 hours room service and for muslim ladies , you dont have to worry as there is a separate pool for muslim ladies.

Room tip: All rooms are with balcony and sea view.

Stayed as a young couple for 3 nights

Pros
Cheap rates for food sized rooms
Breakfast choices are wide
Good spa service
Staff are welcoming, even to non-muslim guests

Cons
Ants on the beds (i found red ants every night before sleeping crawling around my pillow)
Dirty room floors
Stained sheets
Not very white towels and only one per person (no face towels or hand towels)
Non-pedestrianised area, need a car/taxi to safely get to places.

Overall, if you are a muslim guest not bothered about cleanliness/hygiene and looking for a cheap muslim friendly hotel then this is your spot.
