One of the best places I have stayed in Malaysia when talking about Eco-Tourism or nature. Prices are slightly above average but you get what you pay for. No other resort in view and absolutely beautiful throughout. In the nights, crickets and other insects lullaby you to sleep in your individual chalets bu the lake.
In the day, rest a boat and explore the waterfalls and the lake surroundings. Take a walk around the 60 acre resort grounds. Enjoy the evening sunset from the resort coffee house or restaurant. Go for a traditional Malay Spa treatment.
For nature lovers, this IS the place to visit. Bird watching, casual fishing, trekking or just doing nothing. Bring a good book.More
