“Burnsall weekend”
Reviewed 18 October 2017 for a stay in October 2017

Richard was very welcoming and showed our party of 5 blokes around the cottage.
The place was very clean kitchen well equipped with all mod cons.
There isn't a village store so you must bring all provisions with you. Do make a reservation at the the red lion to guarantee a table.
Lounge could do with an update but other than that a gem in the village
Go to the village cafe for breakfast for a vast menu
Will certainly go back

“Incredibly relaxing stay”
Reviewed 27 March 2017 for a stay in March 2017

We stayed in the cottage whilst attending a wedding in the village. The cottage has it's own parking space, which is important as there is very little parking in the village. The cottage itself was clean and bright. The living room was comfortable and the kitchen easily big enough to cook and eat in. There were only two of us but you'd easily get a another couple and even a child or two in the cottage. The bed was very comfortable and the cottage was well stocked with towels and bedding. We'd definitely recommend this cottage to anyone wanting a relaxing break in the Dales. We came away with batteries well and truly recharged.

“Fully worth for the money”
Reviewed 1 November 2015 for a stay in October 2015

We, four adults and four children stayed for two nights during our Autumn school vacation. It is located in a beautiful surrounding and the cottage has all what you need to relax and enjoy the holiday. Even though it rained most of the time which hinder our exploration of the surrounding we were well rejuvenated after the holiday!

“Wonderful Stay; Delicious Breakfast!”
Reviewed 28 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Wharfe View B&B. The setting is absolutely beautiful and convenient to the Dales Way. I received a warm welcome from Richard and was made to feel right at home! The room was bright and cozy and the bed very comfortable.

Breakfast was generous with fruit and cereal options as well as the hot English breakfast, which was delicious! I would certainly stay there again. It was a wonderful place from which to explore the Yorkshire Dales!
