James Macbeath again has delivered a great course on the beginning of April only weeks after 5 foot snow drifts. If you have t played here you should. A full field was rewarded with a stunning day. The Cullen skink in the clubhouse ends a perfect day (well nearly -I didn't win)

Great links course made more challenging by the weather but very enjoyable! The professional was very helpful. The views from the clubhouse are stunning. Definitely worth a visit.

Amazing hospitality on arrival to being looked after with a delicious sundowner & fresh smoked salmon looking out over the beautiful Brora golf course with a glorious setting sun!

We had a wonderful day to play Brora, and were blessed with remarkable caddies. One was a prior winner of the Carnegie Shield (a big deal, in these parts) and the other was the club president who had decades worth of local knowledge. Not bag carriers, by any means.

Loved having cows and sheep sharing the view, although they were scarce other than on the first and last holes. We played many wonderful courses on the trip (Old Course, Royal Dornach, Kingsbarns, Castle Stewart), but this remains one of the most memorable because of the beautiful views -- from every hole -- and classic design. A true gem.

Beautiful links golf course with excellent greens and fairways. Picturess scenery. Fairways are not to tight so if you keep it straightish you shouldn’t be in any trouble. A number of holes have drives over the rough and hillocks so a wood will be needed unless you hit a long iron. Several holes have burns running across them which adds to the character of the course. No two holes are the same. One thing you need to be aware of is that they graze a few cattle on the course but if your afraid of them don’t worry, they are very docile and move when you are playing, oh don’t worry they keep the course clear of the cow pats (yes you do get relief if you happen to find one haha). There is an ample car park and a lovely clubhouse with a good range of food. A small pro shop provides a range of golfing equipment. Well worth the visit. If you want an inland course whilst in the area try Bonar Bridge & Ardgay Golf Club.
