The unit was decorated attractively and well equipped; however, we had two major problems. There was a disgusting, rotten bait smell in the bedroom with two twin beds. The realtor sent someone over but the smell was still there. The night before the last night one AC unit went out. Four guests could hardly sleep. I called at 8:30 am, but it took until 5:30 pm for the repair company to come. They couldn't fix it and brought in two portable units. They cooled down the unit from 82 degrees to 72 but were so loud that we could hardly hear family visiting from another unit. We travelled with one person in a wheelchair, and the unit was fairly accessible with a fantastic view. The problems ruined half of the $3000 vacation. That was just the price of the unit. I do have one suggestion for all owners of rental units. Please replace the Teflon pans every couple of years. Half the eggs stick to the pan. II also wish that the cleaning crew had left some items such as salt and pepper, dish and hand soap and toilet paper. This unit was completely empty upon arrival.
