Busy local restaurant. Some of the staff seemed to be new and uncertain of their duties, but despite this we had a pleasant meal. Fish was excellent and one of the pasta dishes also very good.

Friendly service, simple menu, well prepared and well presented food. From the same ownership as the Michelin star Restuarant opposite .You need o book in advance.

Went as group of six for lunch. It was busy, but not excessively so. The food was good. Simple, but well cooked. It was also good value. My only gripe was the service was very slow.....

We fancied a drink in the shade on a sunny Saturday so called in at the Hôtel du Clos in this sleepy village. It was 3pm on a Saturday afternoon and people were finishing meals and drinking at the tables outside. We walked into the bar and asked if we could have a drink. 'Pas de tout' was the stern answer from one of the three guys stood there doing nothing and we felt as though we'd asked if we could kill his daughter. We left bemused and wandered down the street to this lovely bar, where the house white had run out so we had a couple of glasses of chablis for the same price. When we paid we took a card from the bar and only then realised that this was the sister place to the hotel who had no interest in our business. We were astonished that not only was the guy in the hotel so snooty about not serving us but he didn't even say, sorry I can't be bothered but we do have a bistro 200 metres away where they can be bothered. Incroyable. We would normally leave a poor review for the hotel itself but if it employs staff like that they probably don't care anyway and we can't be bothered either! This bar had a lovely outside terrace and we felt very welcome.
