Coming into this refurbished hotel with its spacious lobby and seating area gives you a sense of the hotel have professional standards. To the right of reception is the bar area which serves tea / coffee and local wines with surprising only one draught beer beck's. The staff are really frendly and speak excellent English. The rooms are small but clean, sheets and blankets instead of a duvet with only one pillow which can be annoying, but another pillow was just a call away. The bathroom was very clean with adequate soap from a dispenser. A cost saving idea from most 3 star hotels these days. Bring back the fragrant bar of soap!! The shower was small so if you are a large person it's going to difficult. I didn't like the shower position right opposite the toilet. The room is cleaned every day with fresh towels and a turned down bed waits for you on your return. The breakfast room is well lit and spacious with a lovely view of the mountains. The normal fruits, yoghurts, cheeses, hams, cereals with a selection of breads is adequate. Although the warm eggs and bacon appears not to be as fresh at 9am. Coffee not fresh from a machine, but a good selection of teas. Staff are not attentive so your left on your own and help yourself to the buffet selection.
The restaurant next door serves a nice selection of pasta and pizza with good quality steaks and local wine. This is a restaurant you should try. Service is attentive and quick, large portions at a reasonable price.
So if you want to stay in a hotel close to the town and not far from Pordenone then this is a very good hotel that will cater for all your needs.

Best little gem in Aviano! The hotel staff do everything possible to make it a wonderful stay. They make you feel like it is home away from home for the extended traveler. If you are only going to be there for a weekend or vacation, the staff will offer travel tips or information, and still provide you with that same great welcome. Breakfast is served daily with many home-made pastries and a varied assortment of fresh fruit, breads, yogurt, and the usual, bacon and eggs. House-keeping services are reliable and timely. If I ever have the opportunity to travel there again or have friends staying in the area, this is the best recommendation there is for a hotel stay. And really, the best part is the great staff!

Room Tip: Just tell them what is important to you!

For the price the room is okay, very similar to a dorm room. The shower is extremely small (cruise ship). There was construction during our stay which woke us very early in the morning, we actually found a different hotel to avoid the noise and was charged for the early checkout. The breakfast is very basic. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful with directions, rental cars, etc. TV does not have channels in English.

This is the second time that we have stayed at the hotel in the last 5 months and, as with the last time, no major problems. The hotel staff are great and very helpful and always on hand to assist with anything you need. There is construction works going on creating a new cafe area or seating area i think, but it is separated from the check-in and you dont hear much noise from it. The pictures of it looks good and we cannot wait to visit again to see what the new addition is like.

There is a new restaurant opened right next door to the hotel so you dont have to go driving round to find a place open to eat. Although we did not visit the restaurant, it looks nice with a good varied menu.

The breakfast buffet is basic but adequate for your needs. The hotel rooms were small but very clean. The only gripe was they were too hot. We tried to turn the heating radiators down, but even when they were fully turned down, the radiators were still piping hot. We had to open a window to cool the room down sufficiently.

Overall though a good stay and we will definitely stay at the hotel again

Room Tip: Try and get a room at the back of the hotel looking over the mountains, preferably with a balcony.
