I visit often as its spacious, has great views, staff are just lovely and accommodating, super food, coffe and cake and its very child friendly. Huge tasty burgers (see photo)!! One of the best places to go in the Alyth and Blairgowrie areas.

My husband and I called in to have a light lunch. The soup was extremely tasty and the mincemeat pies were delicious. The restaurant was lovely and warm with the large log burning stove making a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

Attending for a family funeral tea on a cold and wet day we were met with a light and airy venue. Clean and tidy with a wide range of buffet foods , soup and sweet bites. Very tasty and high quality food . All staff couldn't have been any more helpful and I would highly recommend Pitcrocknie.

Busy day & realised it was 2.30 pm & we were both starving . Easy to find from the signage & huge car park . It wasn’t very busy & we had the warmest welcome , seated beside a window , panoramic views out over the golf course which are amazing to look out on . We both had the Thai Lentil soup , I have a couple of allergies & the waitress checked with the chef, who popped out personally & listed the ingredients which I thought was very kind . Soup & a cheese toast on brown arrived along with a pot of Earl Grey for 2 , soup was delicious ! , just the right level of chilli , I make a lot of soup & I would be proud if I’d made this one , toasty was well filled with strong vintage cheddar which was wonderful & tangy ... level of service was great & very friendly , will be back soon for an evening meal , great place to relax , loads of space between tables too
