I would improve the offer of the breakfast. Very well placed close to Place Louis. Not a lot of restaurants options arround the hotel. Very clean and the staff was very nice and professional. I will come back again if the price keep the same

Generally a really nice hotel, no problems inside. Clean, modern, great wifi and helpful staff.

We arrived in Brussels via Eurostar at Brussels Midi. The hotel is a 15 min walk from the station which makes it a great location. The area was not great in our view - there was a lot of "shady" characters on street corners. To be honest, not the hotels issue and we can't say we were harassed by anyone but perhaps something to bear in mind. We noticed this as we got into the hotel and I asked the reception about the safety of the area - unfortunately the response we got was "usually safe during the day".

Because of this we didn't stay out too late in the centre itself but the trip was trouble free and we were never bothered by anyone.

To give you an idea of distance, walking to the Mannekin Pis was around 25 min. With the train station nearby, we were able to travel a little further out and also got in great trips to Bruges and Gent on the way back.

Great hotel and city to visit but just be aware of the surroundings.

Toured in 3 countries. This is my favorite European hotel. Very clean and modern hotel.
Front desk staff was wonderful and provided excellent service. Breakfast buffet has great choices. Business center is major plus too. Easy walking around town. Metro is close by if you prefer to take Metro. Area was quiet so we slept well at night without noise. Price was higher than other hotels but worth it.

Here is a list:

-Kitchenette was filthy
-Toilet was not cleaned prior to my arrival.
-140 Euros a night and no free breakfast.
-Hallways reminded me of a prison block. Grey color scheme is dreary.
-Batteries in remote control were bad.
-I am a HH member and no complimentary bottles of water

However, the staff was nice and accommodating and did attempt to resolve all my issues.

I would not stay here again.

The room was fine, generally quite modern and up to date. There was some smokey smell in the hallways, but that's really more the fault of other guests than the hotel.

The bar food was quite limited, had a slightly forgettable veggie lasagne.

The service at the bar is quite confused, as the staff are often somewhere else, and after waiting several minutes we had to ask someone at reception to fetch the barman before we could order anything.

This would be a 4/5 review, but I've had two emails asking for feedback already (why does every hotel and airline insist on doing this lately!), and that's pretty annoying, so 3/5 it is!
