First off the staff, from the lovely young lady (really sorry i forgot your name) to the Manager, they were all very helpful. This is a very small hotel, almost a guest house, the rooms all have a theme, mine was Audrey Hepburn! The rooms are quite compact but modern and clean, however I always find it strange these days when there are no coffee/tea making facilities or free water. The hotel provides a very good breakfast but no other meals. There is also no bar, however the staff merrily go down into the basement to bring bottles of beers back and forth. Speaking of the basement, my room was down there, in between the kitchen and the toilets, sometimes very noisy when they are getting things ready fro breakfast late at night. I also heard footsteps above because the entrance hall and breakfast room is directly overhead. My colleague stayed in another room and had none of these issues. Overall a lovely place to stay, not least of all because of the great people they have working there!

Stayed there for 4 nights, staff was more than friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good, bed was big and comfy.
Hotel is stylish but needs some repainting and fixing, nothing that bothered us on our stay.

Very nice, stylish building close to Avenue Louise. Spot on design, very friendly and efficient staff. The breakfast was average, but the rolls and the croissants were great. On a closer look the tiny rooms are a bit worn: pain missing here and there, stained furniture. Poor sound-proofing. Pillows too soft. I woke up during the night because of the cold - you must not forget to turn up the heating - at least if you get a room in the basement.

Room Tip: Basement rooms are cold and dark.

The hotel was comfortable and the rooms very well appointed. Breakfast was good. The tram to the Centre of Brussels was at the end of the road, but it was a reasonable walk anyway. The staff at the hotel - Luis and two female colleagues (sorry not to get their names) - could not have done more to make us welcome and give information about what to see in Brussels, Ghent and Bruges, they are a credit to the hotel.

Nice hotel, good size bed, big windows, good location. If you have luck, you can catch a parking space right in front of the hotel, or close enough to carry the luggages. Good breakfast, plenty to choose from, with good coffee
