Bardis is a small familly run place where tradition and the passion for cooking mixes together into an authentic Greek experience. There's only Theodore and his wife and they seem to make the perfect team since they succeed to deliver outstanding dishes. We discovered this gem at the end of our holiday and we noticed that most of their customers keep returning, mostly ordering what Theodore suggested and leaving late at night, wearing satisfied a huge smile on their face. Since we only ate here 3 time, I can strongly recommend you the sea bream (freshly caught just hours before it landed on my plate), the grilled octopus (one of the best octopus I've ever had: soft texture, wonderful condiments) and their speciality: kinigos (one of the tastiest fish you'll have - photos attached)

Small family place, just the 2 so do not expect fast food. My first choice was not available but the alternative Sea Bream, was huge with lovely tomato salade, chips and tzaziki. The homemade red wine was just about palatable, but there are alternatives. Very relaxing, friendly and well cooked. Worth a visit. €21.50

We ate here two times: one the fish dish for two and the other meat. Both times the dishes were very good well cooked and tasty. The staff is super kind, and you can wait the dishes drinking the house wine black or white both are good choice!

This restaurant is on the main street with tables outside but under cover. It is small and personal and the service was good.
The food we ate was traditional greek (luckily without chips) and tasted very good.

The place has the real greek athmosphere. The owners( wife and husband) are really nice, they are not in rush at all (its not the place where you finish with ur meal in 30 mins) but Its such an amazing touch when they go around and ask guest by guest about the food and share their suggestions or a short story of their life. Seafood was definitely fresh and tasty. If you visit this place you wont miss the chance to come back.
Its pretty cozy place and always busy, but I would even wait for it. As soon as you catch the feeling they appreciate it. They always prepare something as a gift, we really loved the red home made wine we got for free everytime we had dinner there also end of the dinner dessert is expectable or a round of greek' shnapps. Of course it is not about how many things we got for free but the athmosphere and their hospitality come with these and we had definitaly the most amazing meals here during our holiday.
Highly recommended if you can respect the greek habit.
We had: lamb chop, shrimps saganaki, stuffed kalamari, stifado, grilled fish, souvlaki, moussaka.
Home made red wine.
Thank you for the wonderful experience.
