Property is at good location with good views. Staff is also nice and food was very good except tandoori chicken which dry. Otherwise food was fresh and tasty. Rooms are also of good size, we had booked primer cottage which was good for a family stay.

This is one not to be missed place for all the nature lovers. The majestic view of dawn, dusk, the clouds covering the mountains below and then the night light twinkling in the valley; it was mesmerizing. Apart from the view the staffs were very curtious and food was awesome.

This is located on old Kasauli road which is typically less explored, and this property is not be missed. Sad to see that 2 of its buildings were pulled down by the govt.
The beautiful, has spacious open are to sit and the best part is that open area is Valley facing. So enjoy the cool breeze with amazing view and delicious food. They serve SPECIAL TEA which is not to be missed. I can assure you that you there would be no need to go to Mall road of Kasauli because the weather and view wont let you go.
SUGGESTIONS: I have 2 suggestions and I remember I gave them while I checked out of the hotel:
- The open terrace area should not be allowed to use after a certain time like 11:00 PM because people tend to make a lot of noise which distracts the guests staying in Orange and blue rooms.
- The washrooms needs uplift as the doors are old and paint is faded so that needs to be done.
But overall property is RECOMMENDED!!!!

Place has a brilliant view. Little laid back attitude. But the point is enjoy nature and the view and the peace... you don’t go there for hustle of the city... owner is helpful. Staff is courteous. Food is also pretty decent... it the sunset from rooms/ balconies / restaurant... is breathtaking.

Place is neat and clean. I had booked Deluxe Room. View from the room was amazing. Hotel staff is cordial and friendly. Room service is slow which needs improvement. Food was good and freshly prepared. I would recommend this property.
Me and my family visited Bird View Kasauli from 15 to 17 August. We stayed in premium cottage which is beside the reception on the ground floor. We really enjoyed spending our early morning and late night watching the valley. This was an excellent place very peaceful and had lot of fun.
However on 16 th August evening group with several children checked in. They were allowed to party on the backside of premium cottage. The group created lot of nonsense till 1 am. Playing loud music and consuming liquor in the open. We had no option but to remain inside room and keep our girls inside. The entire back open space was left in such a bad shape that in morning when we came out we could not stand.
Mr Raja the manager took personal care was very nice. Mr Harish who looks after the guest is very humble and cooperative person.
My suggestion to Hotel Management if they appreciate good suggestions.
1. Please don’t allow groups to consume liquor in open. It should be strictly consume inside rooms.
2. Groups should not be allowed to play loud musics after 10 pm.
3. The guest should be strictly told not to disturb other guests who have come to have a peaceful vacation.
