Very first hotel right at the entry of Pelling, this cute hotel is very much what you expect for a budget, simple and cosy hotel. Nothing really special about the rooms but the common place and restaurant is really cosy and attractive. Food is nice without being incredible but enjoy the ice cold beers and the great breakfast and the local specialities! A great place to stay and a very nice staff

Amazing place, great family food was on point all in all this was a fantastic experience with the exception of one thing...the owner was away in Silligury and his equally lovley wife was busy the final morning we left, leaving the run of the place to another man who we had seen around the previous days, we enquired the night before about transport to Ravangla and he assured us he would sort it out for 7am sharp the next day, 7am we arrive bags packed he saunters about for an hour trying to flag down random jeeps (the day before he had told us we had a reserved place) then once we finally get a jeep (very back bench again, whay we were hoping to avoid with a prebook) he tries to extort an extra 200rs out of us on top of the price for the journey by having the driver tell us made up costs, we managed to get it back down to the actual price in the end. This man is no reflection on the rest of the absolutely lovley and honest people who mainly run this guest house but just be aware.

We stay there for several nights. The rooms are ok. The owner is really nice and helpful. He gave us a lot of tips. The restaurant is really good and the view of the Himalayas is perfect. Highly recommended.

The worst hotel for the price we paid. The food is over priced and the rooms are very less maintained. The blankets and sheets were not replaced because they were stinking. They said that the hot water would be available for certain period of time but it was not and I had 2 TVs in my room which had no cable. I mean like they charge you for the features which are not practical and useless. I would expect some thing like that for almost half the price I paid.
