I arrived early as I had an early flight.
I used to live in Bangsarey so I knew the town and had looked at this hotel before. My intention was to drop off suitcases and go and meet people for coffee etc and back to hotel. Early check in was going to cost 300bht . I had already agreed to pay extra 200bht per night for room upgrade to enable ground floor room and not 3 flights of stairs . No cards only cash. I paid in full for 6 nights. No tea and coffee facilities in room. Have to go to lobby for such. No hairdryer, safe at extra cost. No privacy when curtains opened no breakfast included at 1200bht for night. I moved hotel 2nd night, loosing my money. But for piece of mind and an enjoyable stay in BS.
Rules in Pimpisa were unreal.

Warm welcome on arrival and all the staff we met very friendly. The place is spotlessly clean. Rooms nicely furnished though on the small side. Beds a bit firm for my liking - wasn't the best sleep I've had on this trip. Nice pool and gardens and easy free parking behind the hotel. Didn't have the included breakfast as we met local friends for brunch outside. A good standard which was a pleasant surprise.

I stayed here while visiting friends in the area, very safe, clean, and friendly hotel, having stayed in a few others in the area this gets my vote. Not the largest room, but plenty of room, even a small balcony.
If staying here you should also visit the Bangsaray Beach club, turn left out of the hotel and its about a 7 minute walk, on the right hand side, proper pool, great food, a beach and views to die for, not to mention reasonable prices
