We stayed 4 nights in Montemor and had diner twice in this restaurant. It was the best black pig I've eaten in years and the service was 5 stars.
I recommend you go early, since its always fully packed, but the wait is totally worth it.
After both diners we were warmly greated by the chef. She was very interested if we liked the food and if there was something more she could do!!
Would definitely go back!!!
